All Cruises Are Booked at Seven Seas
Travel, Inc., Bloomington, Illinois, except Holland America and Windstar Are
Booked At Suzi Davis Travel, Bloomington, Illinois. Because Luxury Cruises
offers lower prices and extra amenities not available from direct purchases from
cruise lines or most other travel agencies, Luxury Cruises has modified contract
terms that constitute part of the consideration for these amenities/benefits.
Whenever the financial terms of your purchase from Luxury Cruises differ from
the offer of the respective cruise lines (including lower prices, added
amenities, different terms as to deposits or refunds), the different terms
govern to the extent of any conflict. Initial Cruise Deposits Are 50% Refundable, Unless Cruise Lines
Demand Greater Nonrefundability. Amounts paid for insurance coverage are
always nonrefundable and are not included in the amounts or percentages that are
considered refundable. Amounts charged directly at Seven Seas Travel or Suzi
Davis Travel or Luxury Cruises are nonrefundable, unless otherwise stated in
writing. All cruises
eventually become totally nonrefundable, except as covered by insurance. We always
recommend that clients acquire medical-cancellation insurance! |

Final Credit Card Payments Are Applied
Directly With the Respective Cruise Lines. Because of Group Contracts, Special
Pricing, or Other
Business Reasons, Initial Cruise Deposits Are Applied At the Cruise Line
and Either At Suzi Davis Travel, Seven Seas Travel, or at
Luxury Cruises. The latter deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. |
